I forgot my lock so was sitting inside a restaurant watching the bike and a male pedestrian walked up and hopped on the bike and rode off. Chased him for 2 blocks before a car pulled up and offered to give me a ride to chase down the thief but then the driver started driving in circles (likely they were working together). I jumped out of the car but had already lost the bike thief.
