The thief entered my office through an emergency exit door that failed to latch. He paced around the first floor and selected my bike to steal from among ~8 others, some of which were unlocked. He left and ran away with the bike, which had a U-lock around the rear tire. The rear tire was also flat at the time of theft. A co-worker chased him down for a while before losing him.
