Bicycle was locked with rotating word lock on cable at stand on street level inside the parking garage, as has been normal with this and the previous bicycle for a couple of years. the stand is exposed to foot traffic though not in plain sight. it is inside, out of sight. Theft occurred during business day, between 8:10 and 6:10 PM.
