1300 Mandeville Street is my dance studio and I had previously locked my bike to the fire hydrant chain directly across the street while I was at rehearsal for a couple hours. I knew the fire hydrant chain was weak but it was one of those ‘meh, don’t steal my bike I’m right over here and not for long’ situations, but I’ve learned my lesson forever now about that attitude...
