I parked my bike on the first orange bike rack closest to the wall - adjacent to the entrance to the 24 Hour Fitness center (100 California St Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94111) at around 10am. I locked it with two U-locks and a cable. I came out out 2pm and the frame was missing. It looks like the thief cut through the cable. All that was left were my wheels locked to the bike rack.
