Thief cut through lock on bike shed door and cut through U-bolt that locked the EVO Race to another road bike. The road bike is still present. The U lock is gone. At least three other bikes were also taken from the bike shed, which is located in a parking garage near a security desk. Theft either occurred while security was not paying attention or between 5 - 9 am, when security is absent.
