stolen 2014 Trek FX 7.1 15"

The bike was stolen from inside my garage. The padlock on my garage appears to have been broken with a padlock cutter.If they haven't been removed, the bike had a bell, women's seat, water bottle holder, and toe clips. Also, a bag on top of the rack over the bike tire, inside the bag were a light and lock. The bag also had a cycle Oregon 4 badge sewn on to it. There had been a plastic daffodil attached to the handlebars. Either by accident or on purpose, the daffodil flower was broken off and was left inside the garage.I just bought the bike this past March and would love to get it back.
