stolen Micargi Cruiser

Bike was locked under Affections Nails and Starbucks sign on the corner of Grand and Mission at the Ralphs shopping area and was stolen between 1-3pm today. Bike brand is Micargi, it's light blue with a white seat, white basket, and black cup holder. It was locked up with several other bikes, please let me know if you have any information or if you had your bike stolen from this location as well. Any info on how to report/find a stolen bike in PB is welcome. Police report line has not yet answered.
