Description of incident
Arriving restaurant at 07:04pm and parked bike at the green fence outside Osha Thai Restaurant & Lounge (along Ssacremento Alley - at the place where 2 CCTVs are under). Dinner till around 8:30pm and discovered bike lost. Looked at CCTV footage with building security (restaurant helped made contact) and confirmed bike stolen by a person (most likely male) wearing black hoody who reached incident address from Embacadero direction and spent around 2 minutes (from 07:24pm) to cut open the bicycle lock before riding away towards Embacadero direction (at 07:26pm).
