Bike hanging on wall in garage of apartment building (Savier St. Flats) located on the corner of NW 23rd and Savier St. Bike was locked with 2 cable locks and one U-lock, however the U-lock was not locked to the wall. Both cables were cut. Neighboring bikes appear to be undisturbed.
