It was locked at the Walmart store off of Shoreline Blvd in Mountain View. I was in the store no longer than 20 min. All parts were original. The seat was semi-broken. You could pop it off easily. That is the easiest way to identify the bike. There was also a phone or odometer attachment on the handle bars, but they could have removed that There was a thin, mid twenties-age male sitting in complete black with gloves on and a large backpack close to the bike racks.
