Bike was stolen between the hours of 3:30 - 4:30 PM at Target department store. The bike was locked on the bike rake with a Kryptonite cable lock. The thief is on video but his face is hidden by his hat. The security team stated that this guy stole a bike the day before. And rode up on that same bike, left that one there and stole mine.
