Approximately 6'2" white male with long brown hair and facial hair was messing with bike when neighbor came home around 9PM. The man ran away when another neighbor came down to confront. Bike went missing later that night. Wooden railing the bike was locked to had vertical pieces ripped out to remove the cable from the railing.
