stolen 2012 Supercycle Vice (Full Suspension Mountain Bike)

It has a U-Lock stuck on the handle bar because the lock rusted and now the key seems like doesn't work but works some times. Also has the cable tangled around the U-Lock. The front shifter does not work neither the front derailleur and sometimes you have to put it back in gear pulling the cable by hand. The rear shifter brand is Sram. The right grip is scratched at the end The right side of the sit has a hole. The bell does not work. It has 2 kick stands, one regular and one on the rear wheel
