Will update Serial number if Walmart provides it. It was bought in 2008-2009, a while ago. Note the dog leash attachment right underneath the seat. This is pretty distinctive. A rod is attached to this, with a leash, and you can have your dog run alongside as you pedal.

Stolen from the balcony, even though I live on the 2nd floor. Probably came in when I wasn't home otherwise the dog would have alerted me. Seemed pre-planned, not a spur of the moment. Probably needed a ladder and probably multiple people involved.
