Suspect is a large African American 250lb Male wearing all black with a black baseball cap. Dual Suspension - front and rear yellow Rockshox Monarch shocks, 27.5 wide tires. Also, Bike has rub marks on the frame from being hauled on my bike rack. There are also rub marks on the lower frame from rubbing against another bike while hauling it.
