The incident happened on 1/21/19 around 3 PM PT. We live on an apartment facing Fremont Blvd on the corner of Fremont Blvd and Bidwell Dr. My apartment is on second floor. Someone climbed up on second floor and stole my bicycle. It is 26" Mongoose Ledge 2.1 Men's Mountain Bike; Color: Gray. It had a light installed, an additional seat and few other accessories. What’s astonishing is that the apartment is facing main Fremont blvd which is such a busy road. Also, lot of people walk on the service lane facing my apartment and yet no one noticed it. I am in a state of shock right now.
