The Raleigh bike was stolen from the basement laundry room my apartment. The cable lock was cut and left at the scene between the hours of 9 pm CT Thursday 1/17/19 and 2 pm CT Friday 1/18/19. Unique characterstics: green and yellow bandana (Jamaican flag) wrapped around the top frame bar of the bike.
