Distinguishing features
Predominantly black/charcoal with red accents. Had a red bottle rack and Blackburn Folsom U-lock with mount. Also had a black Wedgie seat bag. The lock was taken with the bike, they cut right through the rack.

Description of incident
Bike resided in a bike room inside building with FOB access only. Bike was locked with Blackburn Folsom U-Lock to bike rack. Thief clipped through the bike rack taking the bike and the lock with it.
