White male in his 30s wearing white hat comes and steal bike from our backyard. He seems to know exactly where to go to steal the bike. He may live at 2323 N Roman St. where some squatters have moved in. Also stole black men's bike with straight handles no specific brand and no distinguishing features. I have video of the thief but included screen shots. He heads from my home at 1808 Spain St towards the corner of Spain and N Roman.
