I arrived to the indicated address around 630 am. As I was unloading my stuff and preparing to head to the gym, I noticed that I forgot my helmet. I went into Capital Hill Gold's Gym and came outside around 8:45 am. My bike was gone. I forgot to put on my U-lock.
