Bike rack was installed in my building where bikes were previously stored by locking bikes to piping. Building cut the lock to make space for the racks and claims they put bikes in a storage room. While other bikes were there, my bike was missing when I went to go retrieve it days later (I was not informed what day the bike rack was being installed).
