Description of incident
Bike was originally parked at a bike rack on the far northwest corner of Northgate Mall, outside Barnes & Noble bookstore. The bike had been parked there for the entire afternoon and evening, up until it was discovered missing at approx. 8:35 PM on Tuesday, 1/1/19.
