Bike was stolen out of a cage located in a work parking garage for City of Seattle employees. The cage was secured through badge entry only. The door was not compromised so it is suspected that door was inadvertently left open, someone unauthorized piggybacked in or got access to a stolen badge or even stolen from a co-worker.
