Bike was locked with helmet on fence of Washington Square Park facing Royal Frenchman Hotel and Marigny Brasserie. Last seen around 10pm. Left helmet. Has plenty colorful reflectors on the spokes. Brown leather seat and hand grips. Has bell, front and rear lights.
