Bike has Seattle Children's reflective stickers on the frame and logo on it along with a sticker with the number 226. It had a rechargeable forward light with pink plastic zip-tied to the main frame. There was a small purple bell and a velcro-attached red cargo bag on the back of the bike, attached to a rack on the back.
