I secured it with a U-Lock at the front part of the bike, and I noticed that it had the back tire flat. I was going to fix it today before I go to work. When I went down to pick it up, I noticed it was stolen, using a hydraulic car and cut in the border. The individual who stole it, left everything he/she/they used in the scene of crime. I have multiple photographs of how the place was left out. I reported to the managers of the building.
