Locked it at the main bike rack outside Fred Meyer and came back after 20 minutes of shopping to no bike. (Also made a second post cause I couldn't edit the first.) Bike includes a rather uncommon Jones H Loop Bar with neon bar tape. A big blue cog on the cassette and bright red pedals. Also a red bottle cage on the down tube.
