stolen Giant Escape City

I believe my 2013? Escape City is a size XL. It had a front fender and rear rack attached but was missing the rear fender. I believe the plastic mounts for the rear fender are still on the bike; one is cracked. There are large scratches on the wheels (from hanging on bike hooks) and small scratches on the handlebars (from hanging a bicycle U-lock). There is a small chip out of the handlebars (right side when riding?). The frame had "SF 4th & King -> MTV" taped to it on a white piece of paper but it was ripping off. The stock tires are still on and fairly worn: they've lost a lot of their patterning.
