The thief took a total of 7 minutes and two attempts to cut the U-Lock using a heavy duty bolt cutter. The whole theft was caught on a security camera of the local bar business and occurred at 11:38pm on May 31st 2015. A description of the thief is an African American male in his early twenties wearing a baseball cap and hoodie and brown shorts with a Bookbag carrying the bolt cutter and other tools to steal.
