Thief used a crowbar to enter the Pine+Minor apartment building. Proceeded to the bike area and chose a bike to steal. Thief spent approximately 25 minutes removing a U-lock and cable-lock. Security footage was poor, but the thief was white and about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a hoodie.
