I was moving apartments and the bike was sitting outside next to my car. It was taken by a middle-aged man in a red, white and blue shirt, white shorts, and a black and gold saints hat. My friend took off on his scooter to follow the man but was unable to retrieve the bike because the thief started threatening him. The rider rode the bike away towards the 9th ward from claiborne and st. bernard. The bike has drop bars with mint green tape, an old moss-green brooks saddle, a rear rack and a black ortlieb handbar bag. There is a dent in the top bar.
