At 10:40am, security footage recorded a man of medium build riding away from the Riverwalk Outlet entrance closest to Neiman Marcus, riverfront towards the ferry. A personal item that fell from the bike was found near aquarium parking off of Canal. The bike is a large, bright orange cargo bike with a silver rack and an orange Yepp baby seat in back.
