Description of incident

Sunday morning around 11 am I noticed the bike was gone and the aluminum chain cut and lying halfway on the ground, still wrapped around the motorcycle it was chained to. This happened in our condo designated parking cardboard while one vehicle, a motorcycle, a regular bike, and the Rad were there. The charger was with it, charging, so they took the bike charger with it as well. In the metal frame near the end tire, ticked underneath my son engraved McK 95 and a smiley face underneath, to mark his ownership so to speak, so there's that info as well.
