2014 Charcoal/Black/Neon Green Specialized Sirrus Sport was locked to a bike rack, using a cable key lock (the same colors as bike); outside of Octapharma Plasma around 10:30 am Sunday October 21st, 2018. I went to check on the bike around 12:20 pm and noticed it was missing. I checked around the premises, and asked a female and male sitting nearby if they saw anybody leaving with the description of the bike or a truck stopping in front of the building, but to no avail. It also had a Cateye VOLT 300 (model #: HL-EL460RC Light mounted on the handle bars.
