Description of incident
4 teenagers riding double on 2 bikes rode up to my bike sitting next to me as I was about to ride it, and the one on the back of the bike grabbed my bike and rode away. Chased through the French Quarter, but couldn't catch them. All black singlespeed bike, with the rear wheel worn to a golden color, and white bar tape only on the ends of the drop bars.
