At approximately 17:25 the bike was parked in East River Plaza mall’s bike parking area, locked to a bike rack. An identical bike also belonging to the owner was separately locked on the same rack. When the owners returned to the rack at 18:35, one of the bikes and its lock were gone. The lock was an Abus Bordo folding lock.
