The bike was locked in the bike locker in the basement of the Goat Blocks apartment building at 1025 SE 11th Ave, which requires multiple key fob entries to access. It was locked to a standard bike parking bar with two Kryptonite New York locks, one chain and one u-lock. At least the u-lock had been cut with an angle grinder based on how it had been cut and an angle grinder label lying on the ground. The theft happened sometime between 12/19/2022 and 1/04/2023.
