Distinguishing features

There is a dime-sized dent on the right-side down tube near the head tube. The original saddle was replaced with a women's ergonomic seat. The silver back rack has silver large-gauge wire wrapped numerous times around it - I use this wire to hold my bike light. Gear shifting no longer "clicks" into place with indexed shifting, which was original to the bike. The frame size 51cm, the smallest available in this model.

Description of incident

My bike was stolen from a third floor bike rack within my apartment complex, which requires a key fob for access. Upon review of security videos, building management did not see how the thief obtained access to the building. The bike was locked to itself with a U-lock around the front tire and frame. The bike was not locked to the bike rack. So, the thief carried the bike away, which was confirmed by security video footage.
