Distinguishing features
This bike is a Boardwalk frame with mostly custom parts. Handlebars have black foam tape, lightweight Bontrager Paradigm Race saddle, Specialized carbon seat post, Topeak rear rack with Jandd black large mountain panniers, CarbOne lightweight pump. The frame is gray-blue in color. The rear derailleur hanger is purple. The panniers contained tools, Hobie sunglasses, ski gloves, helmet liners, a Sugoi convertible bike rain jacket and a Smartwool jacket. The left pannier has a red zipper pull on it.

Description of incident
Bike was left locked in front of Seattle Central Library to the bike rack on the 4th Avenue Plaza. When I came out, bike and lock were gone, only my helmet was left on the ground.
