Bike was locked up to bike post in front of building. Was last seen at around 3pm on 9/8/18. At 11:00pm 9/8/18 it was found missing. Lock/cable was cut and left on scene. Group of people out front said they had not seen anyone come by/interact with bike post in the past hour.
