I went to Touro to work out in the Equipment on the 5th Floor about 10:45 am, and parked in the Parking Garage on the bottom floor across Prytania Street and locked it to the fence. After a good workout, I left at 11:30 am planning on going to Ace Hardware Store and Rouses, when I found that the Tricycle was STOLEN!!!! This is the Second Tricycle that was stolen, the first was from my house.
