We believe the lock was cut, because a cable attached to the bicycle rack of our vehicle was partially cut. The lock was not left at the scene. This bike was in a bicycle rack on top of a vehicle and was locked to another bike which was also stolen (Specialized Sirrus). It was sometime during the night, in the parking lot of the hotel.
