The bicycle was stored unlocked short-term on a second story porch near the Norwegian American community garden in Humboldt Park. The theft occurred sometime after Fiesta Boricua ended around 9 pm on Saturday, September 2. On the same porch there was one other bike also unlocked, but it was not stolen.
