Stolen 2018-08-25T07:00:00-0500 from Salt Lake City, UT 84103, US
Black bike with blue fork. Believed to be medium size. when it was stolen it had a black rack on the back with the lock. Also had a phone mount to the handle bars that was black and blue. I might be able to find the serial number but do not have access to the order form for a few days.
kept inside my small apartment building. we leave the front door unlocked then lock our apartments. left it outside my apartment
