Black Trek Dual Sport 2 mountain bike was locked at the entrance to Valley River Center mall between Macy's and Maurice's on 8/24/18. Cable lock was cut and the bike taken between 3 and 3:30pm. Incident and perpetrator were both captured by mall security cameras.
