Distinguishing features
I have blue panniers [Thule] which would be easy to identify if they are still on the bike, inside them are rain gear, touque, bungee cords, a titanium Kriptolock and a second lightweight lock. There is a pouch on the handlebars by the bell. It has a kickstand, fenders and a comfort seat.

Description of incident
I stopped at Shoppers drug for a couple minutes but was delayed in the store and when I came out it was gone. A witness saw a man take it and ride away. I made police report but didn't fill out a report here, I was not sure how and hoped it would be returned so I wouldn't need to.
