Distinguishing features
The Bike Barn wrote the serial on the receipt with little care, so the first 'I' could be a '1', 'U' could be 'V' or '0'. The bicycle has now got no reflectors, either in the wheels or on the back - instead it has blue 'Spokelit' lights in the wheels and a red reflective 'Supreme' sticker on the seatpost for a reflector. It has some Wellgo pedal straps on it, they're black with green stitched writing on them. The black wheels with black spokes have anodised blue nipples on them. The front brake is dodgy as the brake pads in it are too thick, and the spokes rub against the inside brake adjustment screw. For the sake of the search engines, the serial could be the following: MSI3GU3501 MS1GU3501 MSIGJ3501 MS1GJ3501 MSIGO3501 MS1GO3501 MSIG03501 MS1G03501 ...etc.

Description of incident
Thief witnessed by neighbour - under 6ft., tan skin, missing 2 front teeth. Arrived on a "Kawasaki" mall-bought bicycle which was abandoned at the scene. That bicycle was removed by police as evidence. Thief went straight upstairs to the landing and broke the cable lock by brute force, and exited downstairs. Normally complex is secured by a keycode, unsure why the door was able to be opened by theiving scum.
