*TWO* Black Ancheer electric mini ebikes/scooters locked on rack outside of museum of contemporary art / santa fe depot downtown san diego. Theives were caught on video surveillance cameras; arrested and prosecuted. Bikes have NOT been recovered. $100 reward ($50 each) / no questions asked.
