stolen 2018 Surly Ogre

The bike has a rear rack with a silver basket ziptied onto it. There is also a rear fender, but no front. The bars are flat bars with bar ends set just outside of the brake levers, with a second set of bar ends on the actual ends of the bars. The tape is black and extends from the ends of the bars up onto the closely spaced bar ends. The shifter is a bar end type located on the left inner bar end. There is no front derailleur.
